nerugā — directly, straight
Your restaurant.
Your customers.
Your margin.
Order direct from the restaurant — no commission, no middleman. Every kitchen gets an ordering page it owns at nerugo.in/your-restaurant, and keeps the customer, the phone number and the repeat business.
A flat monthly price, never a percentage of your sales. See pricing

Two routes to the same kitchen
The name is Telugu for “straight.” It is also, exactly, the product.

What the detour costs you
Put in your own numbers. Nothing here is our estimate of anyone else’s pricing.

Your volumes and your current rate — we don’t set either, and we make no claim about anyone else’s pricing. Nerugo is a flat monthly price banded by order volume, plus ₹3,999 once to set you up. Prices exclude 18% GST. Payment-gateway charges and the rider’s fee are separate and go to the gateway and the rider.
what you get
Everything the order needs, nothing it doesn’t
Shipping today — not a roadmap.
A storefront that is yours
nerugo.in/your-name, painted in your colours, with your name in the customer's browser. Nobody else's restaurant sits beside it.
A menu you run yourself
Items, prices, half and full variants, add-ons, and a sold-out switch — all edited from the phone at the counter, no support ticket.
Alerts that reach the counter
A push notification the moment an order is paid, on the phone by the till. Add the dashboard to the home screen and it behaves like an app.
Payments, invoices, refunds
UPI and cards at checkout. GST is optional and per-restaurant, invoices come off the order screen, and refunds are issued from the same place.
Riders when you need them
A live Borzo quote at checkout and rider status tracked to the door — or takeaway and dine-in, if that is your whole business.
Open when you say you are
Opening hours per day, plus a one-tap pause for when the kitchen is buried. The storefront tells diners before they build a cart.
getting started
Three steps, then you’re trading
- 1
We set your storefront up
Your name, your slug, your colour, your menu loaded. You look at it and tell us what is wrong.
- 2
You share the link
A QR card on the table, the link in your Instagram bio, the same link in every WhatsApp reply. One address, everywhere.
- 3
Orders land on your phone
Paid, itemised, with the address attached. You accept, you cook, you send it. Nothing in between.
what we won’t do
You lead. We stay small.
There is no Nerugo directory and there never will be — no browsing page where your customer is shown a competitor two doors down. Diners arrive at your storefront from your QR code, your link, your bio. They leave as your customers.
We also won’t promise you things we don’t control. How hot the food is, how it tastes, how fast the rider moves — that is you and that is Borzo. What Nerugo promises is directness, and that we can actually keep.
Take the straight line.
From ₹899 a month, flat — and the first 60 days are free, with no card and no contract. Look at a real storefront first; it takes about a minute, and it is the same thing your customers would see.
